The order form
The purchase price includes full legal support for the purchase process of the ready made company, i.e. .:
- Preparation of a set of documents regarding the sale of a ready company
- Arrangement of a meeting with a notary
- Cancellation of the current Management Board of the company and appointment of a new one
- Adaptation of the company's agreement to the individual needs of the client
- Preparation of an application to the registry court of the National Court Register (KRS) and its submission
There are following basic fees:
- Notary costs - sale of shares: from 100 PLN
- Court fee for a change in the National Court Register (KRS): 350 PLN
- PCC (tax on civil law transactions): from 50 PLN
You can also use services that go beyond basic needs. The costs will be as follows:
- Notary costs - change of the company's agreement: from 600 PLN
- Help in creating a bank account: 400 PLN
- Company registration for VAT / EU VAT: 500 PLN
- Arrival to the client: from 300 PLN
