The S24 system allows us to create and register commercial law companies, i.e. limited liability company, limited partnership, general partnership via the Internet. The company’s agreement, like all other documents required to register a company, is created using the basic draft provided by the Ministry of Justice. The company's agreement is a standard contract, because the freedom to determine the content of the contract is not as large as in the case of a traditional contract made with a notary.
